FAQ
Everything to know before you begin
Straight answers on construction, maintenance, pricing and equipment — from our engineering team.
A typical residential pool takes 8–12 weeks from excavation to handover, depending on size, system and finishes. You get a written timeline before we start and a weekly progress report.
It depends on the city and property type — most compounds require approval from the community management. We prepare the drawings and technical documents and guide you through the approval steps.
In a skimmer pool the water sits slightly below the edge and is drawn through side openings — the most economical option. In an overflow pool water spills over every edge into a channel and balancing tank, so the surface sits flush with the deck. An infinity pool overflows on one or more sides to create a vanishing edge toward the view.
Yes — after a structural study by our engineer to confirm the roof’s load capacity. For small spaces we often suggest plunge pools or counter-current swim pools.
We recommend at least one visit a week in summer and two a month in winter, plus a simple daily check of chlorine and pH you can do yourself.
Usually algae growth caused by low chlorine, unbalanced pH or poor circulation and filtration. We treat it with a chlorine shock, filter cleaning and chemistry balancing — water is typically clear again within 48–72 hours.
Absolutely. We start with a full inspection of the water, equipment and any leaks, then recommend the right plan and any repairs before you sign.
Surface, floor and wall cleaning, emptying skimmer baskets, filter backwash, testing and balancing the chemistry, and checking the pump and lighting. After every visit you get a short photo report on WhatsApp.
Size and depth, the pool system, finishes, equipment and extras such as heating, lighting or a spa, and site and soil conditions. Try our cost calculator for a first estimate in a minute.
Yes. Payments are split into instalments tied to the construction stages in the contract, so you never pay for a stage before it’s delivered.
Yes — the first site visit, concept design and detailed quotation are free within the cities we serve, with no commitment.
Every quote comes with a detailed BOQ listing each item, brand and quantity — no hidden costs. Any change you request later is priced in writing before we do it.
Yes — a written 10-year warranty on structural and waterproofing works, and 2 years on equipment in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.
A salt system generates chlorine from salt, so water feels softer on skin and eyes, needs less manual dosing and costs less to run over time.
Yes — with a heat pump, solar panels or a heater. Heat pumps are the most energy-efficient; we size the unit to your pool volume and location.
Yes — smart controllers let you run the pump, lights and heating and monitor chemistry from an app, and can be added to most existing pools.
