By using the Karma Pool website you agree to these terms. Content is provided to present our services and may not be copied or republished without written permission.
2. Prices and estimates
Prices shown on the website or in the cost calculator are estimates only. The final price is set after a site visit, in a written quote with an approved BOQ.
3. Contracts and delivery
Each project is governed by its own contract defining scope, timeline, payments and warranty. Where they differ, the contract prevails over these terms.
4. Maintenance plans
Maintenance plans renew monthly or yearly as agreed and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Spare parts are charged separately unless the plan says otherwise.
5. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made on general content without a direct technical consultation.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
